A unique hotel experience with themed rooms that stands out. The Navaho Room I stayed in offered exceptional comfort, and the in-room coffee machine was a delightful touch. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my visit. Breakfast was excellent, and the selection of smoked meat on the menu during my stay was memorable. the lack of a fridge in the room was a missed opportunity for such a well-equipped accommodation.

The unique theme of the hotel made the stay enjoyable, complemented by cozy, clean rooms and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast, delightful and filling, was a pleasure each morning. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming environment throughout our time there. The only downside was the internet issues. however, the staff's quick solution was impressive.

Request a room away from the bar for a quieter experience, especially if you’re sensitive to music noise.

Our stay at Smith And Western was absolutely delightful! The themed decor really transported us to the Wild West, with charming touches like antler lamps and Native American-inspired blankets. The themed decor really captures the Wild West vibe, with touches like antler lamps and Native American-inspired blankets. Rooms maintain a top-notch comfort level with an excellent coffee machine boosting the experience.
The car park is a bit intimidating, filled with demanding warning signs that could raise alarm bells. I found the stair carpet threadbare, which feels off compared to the generally well-maintained public areas. Breakfast lacks fresh fruit options, leaving a gap in the healthier fare. the room's noise insulation could be improved since some sounds from outside were noticeable.
